Economic Development Administration funding in the amount of $19.1 million will allow the City of North Las Vegas to complete the final phase of the water line to the Apex Industrial Park (APEX). APEX is poised to grow into a premier technology testing and manufacturing hub in Southern Nevada. The expanded water line will provide a sustainable water supply to 272 parcels across 2,504 acres of industrial zoned land in northern APEX, ripening this section of the park for advanced manufacturing development and positioning it to attract a portion of an estimated $11.2 billion in private investment and 12,000 new jobs in the sector actively being recruited to locate their operations in the region.
