The Growth Collaborative (GC) will support Build Back Better Regional Challenge grantees to successfully implement and administer funded projects, ensure the benefits of projects are enjoyed equitably and strive to extend the project impacts and longevity far beyond the grant. These outcomes will be accomplished by facilitating stakeholder convening, communications, collaboration, data gathering and analysis, evaluation, reporting, and technical assistance. Further, the completion of a Manufacturing Industry Forecast and Gaps Analysis report will help support the growth of the regional cluster. Additionally, the GC will lead regional efforts to support the creation, growth, and/or location of new manufacturing companies and jobs, especially in and around the Economic Development Administration (EDA) funded project areas. LVGEA anticipates a 20% increase in its project pipeline of manufacturers expanding operations in or considering Southern Nevada for expansion, producing an estimated 1,000 new announced manufacturing jobs over five years.
